Terraced house with patio and garden – Scale 1:100 and 1:200 (meters)

The design scheme proposes a terraced house typology structured on two levels, with a floor plan that develops around a central patio.
On the main front, overlooking the street, there is pedestrian and vehicular access.
Once past the entrance, in a reserved position, there is one study and bathroom on the ground floor. Then you enter the heart of the house: the patio, the visual and distributional core of the home. The main living areas are arranged around it.
On the left side is the stay, Organized with a sofa area and a wall unit, it is connected to both the patio and the rear garden via large sliding windows, making it a natural extension of the living space.
On the opposite side is placed the kitchen, equipped with an island and dining table, conceived as a convivial space and also directly visually connected to the patio through large windows.
The visual continuity between the patio and the garden ensures strong spatial permeability, amplifying the perception of spaciousness and the quality of light in the interior spaces.
The staircase, adjacent to the patio, leads to the upper floor where the sleeping area is located with three bedroomsTwo of the rooms, overlooking the front and the garden respectively, share a bathroom; the third has a private bathroom.
