Terraced house articulated on two levels in which the search for continuity between interior and exterior becomes the generating principle of the design scheme.
Around the central patio the main spaces are divided into sections, generating a dynamic, fluid and permeable spatial system.

Le large accordion windows eliminate the threshold between inside and outside, transforming the patio into a natural extension of the living areaThe spatial sequence relates the kitchen, lunch area and countryside house., creating a unique, bright and convivial environment.

On the opposite side, the living room opens onto the front garden: thanks to large sliding windows, the interior dialogues with a outdoor relaxation area, covered by the overhang of the upper floor and by a lightweight pergola which offers shade and privacy.

Al upper floor they are found there double bedroom with private bathroom, arelaxation area overlooking the patio – from which the vertical dimension of the house can be perceived – and two bedrooms shared bathroom.

La volumetric composition It plays on the balance between recessed planes and projecting volumes that punctuate the façade, creating variable internal perspectives and unexpected visual depths. The glass surfaces create a continuous dialogue between solidity and lightness, between interior and exterior.
