The house develops as a two-level terraced house with two internal patios.

On the ground floor, the space is organised around the main patio, centrally located and conceived as a true open-air room. This patio, surrounded by large glass surfaces, opens completely towards the dining area and living room thanks to large accordion-style windows, creating a spatial continuum between inside and out. This way, the dining area, patio, and living room can merge into a single large space during the warmer months, while in the cooler months the patio remains a visual presence, bringing natural light and depth to the space.

Near the staircase leading to the upper floor is the second patio, smaller and more intimate, conceived as a well of light that accompanies the ascent. The staircase thus becomes a naturally illuminated path, enhanced by the presence of plants and materials in the small courtyard. The area beneath the ramp has been used as a relaxation corner, a cozy space that enjoys a privileged view of the main patio, transforming a typically secondary space into a quality area.

Il upper floor hosts the sleepingTwo bedrooms open directly onto the main patio, benefiting from a protected and bright exposure. Both have private bathrooms and walk-in closets. The third bedroom is located on the main facade and also has a private bathroom and walk-in closet.

Overall, the project is based on transparency and a rhythmic sequence of solids and voids. The overall effect creates a balanced, bright home, strongly connected to the open interior spaces.
