On the street front, the ground floor presents a series of service spaces: the Laundry, the studio, The dispensation and service bathroom they are arranged almost to form a protective band that contributes to the privacy of the central core of the house.
Continuing along the axis of the main entrance you reach the heart of the house, the living area.
Here the space opens up into a large open space where the kitchen, dining room and living room communicate seamlessly.
The entire living room overlooks the rear garden which becomes a natural extension of the internal life.
On the upper floor there is the sleeping with three bedrooms designed as true suites: each has a private bathroom and a walk-in closet, ensuring independence and comfort for every occupant.
Completing and embellishing this level is a second living room, a shared space that acts as a link between the bedrooms, a quiet and intimate gathering place, ideal for relaxing moments.
