Project scheme of a terraced house developed on two levels above ground.
The project stands out for the presence of a central internal patio, the true distributive and perceptive hub of the home, around which the main rooms are organized, ensuring lighting, natural ventilation and good living quality even on a narrow and deep lot, typical of terraced houses.
La living area The space unfolds in a fluid and open manner, with the living and dining rooms visually and functionally seamless, characterized by large glass windows overlooking the central green patio. This open-air space becomes a natural extension of the living area, enhancing comfort and establishing a constant connection with the surrounding vegetation. The kitchen, strategically positioned along the longitudinal axis, is designed as a functional yet visually integrated space.
The level is completed by a service bathroom and vertical connections, designed as an ordering element of the distribution.
Il focus on is dedicated to sleeping It maintains the same layout, with the patio continuing to play a central role on the upper level. The bedrooms overlook both the exterior and the internal green space.
A terrace completes the level, offering an additional outdoor social area.
The distinctive elements of this design scheme are the distribution system and the centrality of the open space, the patio.
