Design scheme of a hotel tower plan, developed taking as reference the architectural configuration of theAura Penthouse TorontoThe design reworks the existing building's layout, proposing a solution useful for analyzing the relationships between the central core of vertical connections, the rooms, suites, and common spaces.

The floor plan revolves around a central core with stairs, elevators, and utility rooms, while the accommodation units are arranged along the building's curved perimeter, taking advantage of the exterior views. There are also spaces for entertainment and socializing, such as a lounge, meeting room, and living areas, which complete the functional organization of the floor.

The drawing is well layered and optimized for 1:100 scale printing. 
The .ctb file for print thicknesses is downloadable from here. The thickness setting is standard for all Archweb files. However, always check whether the CTB matches your graphic needs.
