Design scheme for a residence with a tourist-hotel vocation.
The complex extends along a perimeter defined by 15 residential units, divided into two types: 7 two-room apartments with kitchen and bathroom, and 8 three-room apartments with kitchen and two bathrooms.
At the heart of the project is a large shared space dedicated to relaxation, featuring well-kept gardens, a large swimming pool and a kiosk for catering, conceived as a meeting and socialising point for guests.
