Design scheme for a building but which could also develop in height like a residential towerThe plan has an axis of symmetry with four apartments per floor.
The perimeter is presented in an articulated way with the rooms that could form volumes in the case in which each room can become larger or smaller on different floors. Each floor can have staggered volumes to create visual movement and optimize natural lighting.

The vertical cuts are designed as voids that separate the volumes and house balconies, loggias and hanging gardens.
These spaces become characterizing elements of the facade and improve livability, creating private spaces with direct access to the outdoors. Each balcony/loggia is enriched with native plants with low water consumption: flowering shrubs, aromatic herbs and small fruit trees.
The building can grow in height, maintaining the same modularity of the perimeter.
