The file contains a selection of hatches not present within AutoCAD that you can quickly use without importing the corresponding .pat files.
The hatches are therefore dwg files that once you open the file you can manually copy and paste where needed, obviously if they are small surfaces and with a simple perimeter.
In most cases, it is best to import the PAT file and insert the hatching in the usual way.
