2D Floor Plans – 1:100 Scale DWG Drawings

Each typical plan has three levels. The internal street is located on the middle level. Each duplex apartment occupies one module at the level of the internal street and one on the upper or lower level.
This type of layout allows for apartments facing both sides of the building without any internal interruptions. The double exposure ensures abundant natural light through the large, double-height windows. The verandas at each end also serve as an extension of the home, providing a filter space to the outside.
The dimensions of the rooms and the internal organization are designed in relation to the dimensions of the human body (Modulor) and to satisfy the housing needs of families with different compositions.
