Design scheme for a single-family villa with U-shaped layout e double entry, with a clear separation between living area e sleeping, is one professional study with independent entrance but internally connected to the house.
The U-shaped layout creates a protected and private central outdoor space, which could be developed with a patio or garden. The villa is on a single level with a surface area of approximately 180 square meters.
The main entrance opens onto a large living room with a sitting room with fireplace and dining table.
The eat-in kitchen is separated from the living room by a glass wall (fixed or sliding), to maintain visual connection. A laundry room and a bathroom complete the living area.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, single and double, with shared bathroom and a double bedroom with exclusive bathroom and walk-in closet.
The studio, with a dedicated entrance, is an ideal space for a freelancer and is connected to the house by a hallway.
