Planimetric scheme-project for a villa on two levels. On the ground floor a large living room with a sitting area, a spacious kitchen and a bedroom with en-suite bathroom. On the upper floor: a living room with a TV corner acts as a hall to three bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms.
We also propose a variant in which the bedroom on the ground floor is eliminated in favor of a larger space for the kitchen and the porch overlooking the living room is enlarged.
On this basis, the designer will certainly be able to develop new solutions that are more suited to the real needs of his client.
