Design scheme of a single-family villa (240 sqm) that develops on a single level, with particular attention to the continuity between the internal and external spaces. The heart of the house is a large central hall with an internal vertical garden, creating a natural environment. The large sliding or folding windows guarantee a direct connection with the external garden, enhancing the natural light and the relationship with the environment.
La living area It is divided into a second living room dedicated to watching films; large kitchen and dining room overlooking the garden through a large window accordion-style folding that creates a direct connection with the outdoor area with the barbecue. The living area is completed by a service area with a bathroom, laundry room and a single bedroom with private bathroom.
In sleeping we find 2 double bedrooms both with en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet.
Lo Outer space It is divided into a teak-paved area with relaxation sofas in front of the bedrooms; shallow water pools with a gravel bottom and a central island with sofas; a waterfall that flows into the pool below. The pool and solarium are in fact located at a lower level than the villa.
