Design scheme for a modern detached villa private garden and swimming pool, arranged on a single level. It is characterized by a clear distinction between living and sleeping areas.
The home is set on a rectangular lot with a large central outdoor space. This space includes the pool and relaxation area, surrounded by vegetation and paving that varies depending on the function.

Living area

The main entrance leads into a large open space which combines living room, dining area and kitchen.
Il countryside house. It is spacious, with an area dedicated to conversation in front of the TV.
La lunch area It is located in a central position, open to the outside thanks to large windows that open onto the patio and the swimming pool.
La kitchen It is spacious, with a central island and direct access to a small service or laundry area.

From the living room you have direct access to the external porch paved in stone, which acts as a natural extension of the interior spaces during the summer.

Sleeping area

The left side of the floor plan is dedicated to the sleeping area, consisting of two bedrooms. One of these directly overlooks the pool; two bathrooms, one of which is ensuite for the master bedroom.
On the opposite side, there are two more bedrooms with private bathrooms. One of the bedrooms overlooks the pool.

Services and ancillary spaces
To the left of the house there is a garage.
The distribution spaces are minimal, so as to optimize the usable surface area and promote visual continuity between inside and outside.

Outdoor spaces

Il garden it completely surrounds the villa, with a tree-lined green area around the perimeter and a central paved area.
La rectangular swimming pool dominates the rear of the house, accompanied by a wooden deck with sun loungers and relaxation area.

Overall, the villa expresses a balance between functionality, comfort and contact with natureThis is possible thanks to a rational floor plan, large openings to the outside, and a clear valorization of open spaces.
