The design scheme of the cottage-villa is very rational, designed for a compact single-family house on one level, with a clear distinction between living area and sleeping area.
The entrance is on the lower front of the drawing and leads directly into the open space living area, which occupies the entire right side of the floor plan. Here we find the living and dining areas organized in a fluid manner, with the kitchen arranged longitudinally and facing outwards. large glass openings They create a direct continuity between the internal spaces and the garden and the external terrace, designed as a natural extension of the living area.
La sleeping, located on the left side, is more private and includes a generously sized double bedroom, equipped with wardrobes along the perimeter wall. The house also features a central bathroom, easily accessible from both the sleeping and living areas, organised in a compact yet functional way.
An interesting element of the scheme is the presence of service rooms and technical spaces distributed along the lower front: storage rooms, laundry rooms and accessory rooms help keep the house tidy without taking away space from the main rooms.
Outside, the project enhances the relationship with the greenery: the garden surrounds the house on several sides and the paved terrace at the back it becomes an ideal space for outdoor living, consistent with the idea of a cottage-villa designed for everyday comfort.
Overall, the scheme gives a picture of functional simplicity, good distribution of spaces and a strong dialogue between interior and exterior, characteristics perfectly in line with a contemporary residential typology and easily adaptable to different contexts.
