Typological metric estimates

Reference rates for works, installations and maintenance

This section collects a series of typological bills of quantities developed as reference examples for various building typologies. The documents concern residential and public buildings, with different sizes and configurations, and represent a valuable tool for preliminary construction cost estimates.

Each estimate is prepared using a regional reference price list and includes a description of the work, quantities, unit prices, and total costs. The design solutions, finishes, and system characteristics are indicative and have been defined to create a consistent estimate model that can be easily adapted to real-world situations.

The estimates are not executive projects, but rather typological examples that can be used as a basis for study, comparison, or customization. Depending on project needs, individual items can be updated by referring to public works price lists and the most recent available price lists.

The collection includes single-family homes, school buildings, and other building types, with predominantly reinforced concrete structures and varying levels of completeness, in some cases including systems and in others only the construction works.
