The Signature Towers It consists of three towers, each 81 stories (358 meters), 65 stories (292 meters), 52 residential stories (230 meters), and four stories. The towers' unique geometry will distinguish the project as one of the most daring and innovative breakthroughs in the integration of architecture and engineering in the entire region.
The striking design of the tower creates a new presence that pierces the skyline with a powerful and recognizable silhouette. The fluid character of the towers is generated through an intrinsically dynamic composition of volumes.
The intertwined towers will merge into a shared base with shops, restaurants, and services to meet the needs of the towers' residents. This choreographed movement will unite the three towers and the base in a single, comprehensive gesture, weaving a series of public spaces, bridges, and the surrounding landscape through the base.

Zaha Hadid's design for the Dancing Towers confirms Business Bay Development's role at the forefront of Dubai's rapidly evolving future. The three towers rise above the creek and stand as an icon for surrounding developments and the Gulf region.
