The project concerns the redevelopment of some abandoned industrial areas in Narni scalo where two buildings were demolished to create a square, a building was expanded by raising a floor with the resulting volume and a building was renovated. The project aims to create a business incubator where, by exploiting natural light from the north and internal bioclimatic measures, the maximum possible comfort is sought.
