Building in Ciro Menotti Street

Architect Venturino Ventura - Vittoria District, Rome 1959

The building built on the lot between Via Cesare Menotti and Via Nicotera is one of the first built by the architect Ventura in Rome.

The structure of the corner building is designed on a play of overlapping volumes, balconies and terraces that interrupt the regularity of the block, creating fluid and liveable intermediate environments.
On the main façade, the sloping windows are not just a formal element, but an architectural-environmental expedient that enhances the external view, filters the light with elegance and gives the façade a constantly changing character.
