Textures for rendering
Lots of copper textures with different surface treatments and various degrees of oxidation
In architecture, copper is used to make roofs and coverings, gutters, flashings, downspouts and other sheet metal elements. This metal is appreciated for its color, which changes over time when exposed to atmospheric agents: first it darkens, until it becomes dark brown, then, with carbonation, it gradually becomes green.
The key to good rendering is attention to detail and experimentation. Try different textures and settings in your rendering software to get the exact look you want for copper with different surface treatments and degrees of oxidation.
