The Signature Towers It consists of three towers of 81 floors (358 meters), 65 floors (292 meters), 52 residential floors (230 meters) and four floors. The unique geometry of the towers will distinguish the project as one of the most daring and innovative breakthroughs in the integration of architecture and engineering in the entire region.
The striking design of the tower creates a new presence that pierces the skyline with a powerful and recognizable silhouette. The fluid character of the towers is generated through an intrinsically dynamic composition of volumes.
The intertwined towers will merge into a common plinth with shops, restaurants and services that will support the demand of the towers' inhabitants. This "choreographed" movement will unite the three towers and the plinth in a single overall gesture and "weave" a series of public spaces, bridges and the surrounding landscape through the plinth.

Zaha Hadid’s design for the Dancing Towers confirms Business Bay Development’s place at the forefront of Dubai’s rapidly evolving future. The three towers rise above the creek and stand as an icon for the surrounding developments and the Gulf region.
