Rome 1961 - Prof. Emilio Garroni interviews Walter Gropius
On the occasion of the exhibition “Bauhaus”, held at the National Gallery of Modern Art (GNAM) of Rome between November 20 and December 5, 1961, the Prof. Emilio Garroni, professor of aesthetic philosophy, interviews Walter Gropius who was the director of the famous design school active in Weimar in the 20s. The excerpt is taken from the RAI program “Arti e Scienze”. In the very interesting film, the architectural historian Bruno Zevi can also be recognized.
