The Palazzo della Civiltà Italiana, also known as the Palazzo della Civiltà del Lavoro, is a monumental building located in Rome in the modern EUR district. Conceived since 1936 and designed in 1937, its construction began in July 1938 and was inaugurated, although incomplete, in 1940; the works were interrupted in 1943 only to be completed after the war.
