The floating or raised or floating floor is composed of modular elements (panels) resting without fixing on a support structure of a certain height with respect to the extrados of the floor, in order to obtain a cavity under the walking surface (technical compartment) to house services and facilities. The raised floor allows you to lay all the cables and pipes directly on the floor without any masonry work. In the event of breakdowns or the need for access to the elements below the floor, simply use the special suction cup and lift the panels: without any invasive or destructive action, you have easy and immediate access to the sub-floor. Thanks to the raised floor it becomes possible to expand the spaces providing them with new services in a very short time: does the need arise to conduct a pipe in a room to add an air conditioner or do you have to bring power to a new station added? the panels are lifted, the cables are laid out or the pipes are passed and everything is closed again.
