Intermodal transport is a freight and passenger transport system based on the combination of different means of transport to cover the route from a place of departure (place of dispatch) and a place of destination.
Intermodal knots. Intermodal transport is characterized by special interchange structures, called intermodal nodes, where it is possible to change the means of transport used for the transport of goods or for the transport of passengers.
The intermodal exchange hubs are characterized by at least two transport infrastructures (port, railway station, airport, road, etc.).
In this category there are dwg files useful for planning: schemes and projects of intermodal nodes, masterplan and operation of an interport.
Wide choice of files for all the designer's needs.
A complementary category is that of warehouses and storage depots for goods, see the available designs here >>
