In this file dwg uses spondale defense with the use of trunks, live and dead branches; the presence at the foot of the work of fagots or layers of twigs present to further diversify the under-ground area and therefore to create a valuable area, such as shelters for fish fauna. This type of shelter is particularly appreciated by small fish species.
Spondale defense intervention with viminata; it is a linear stabilizing arrangement on the bank, composed of a tangle of rods, fixed to the ground by wooden pegs and, connected, buried. The arrangement of the discriminations can be a horizontal or cross file to form a construction of diamonds or squares. To be effective it must be made with live material with the ability to release adventitious roots.
