Plan-layout plan for a villa on three levels. Ground floor plan characterized by ponds with a height of a few centimeters with a cobblestone background. In the garden a swimming pool measuring 4 x 8 meters in length. The garden has a hypothetical perimeter that could certainly be wider. On the street side, a reserved parking for two cars has been provided.

On the ground floor: surface of 166 square meters, large open space living room with dining space, very spacious kitchen, mini apartment with independent entrance, bedroom with en suite bathroom for guests, day bathroom.
On the first floor: area of 200 square meters, three large bedrooms with en suite bathroom and two with walk-in closet, bedroom with two beds for children or possibly to be equipped as a study room or hobby room.
