The current aerial photograph (2016) can be perfectly superimposed on the Nolli map of 1748. Scroll the arrows in the center of the image to view the variations of the urban fabric, how it has developed over time but also the many parts that have remained substantially the same.
 

We have also developed an interesting dynamic comparison between the photographic reconstruction of the Colosseum delle orgini and the Colosseum as we see it today
