Residential block consisting of 7 housing units per floor with three denominations from 1 to three people per accommodation. Each floor is served by a central balcony with staircase and lift. The balcony perimeters and overlooks an internal garden with trees, lawn surfaces, benches protected with shading elements and a central fountain.
There are for each floor:
– 3 units with 2 bedrooms
– 3 units with 1 bedrooms
– 1 unit with 3 bedrooms
Each housing unit has one to three loggias, spaces designed to enjoy the outdoor space.
Naturally, the scheme lends itself to be modified for a different distribution along the balcony and therefore to be much wider and with more beds than the one proposed.
