Floor plan of a bedroom with attached bathroom and walk-in closet.

A swing door leads to the bedroom which has a rectangular floor plan where the furniture is arranged along the front wall, on the left two French windows give access to the balcony while on the wall opposite the bed a niche has been created which houses the TV cabinet (or dresser with TV) and a window to give light to the bathroom and increase the depth of the bedroom. Access to the walk-in closet and the bathroom is hidden from view from the side of the niche. They are separated by a small hallway from which you access the walk-in closet via an open entrance and the bathroom via a swing door. Both have a rectangular floor plan, but the walk-in closet has a larger floor area, it has been furnished with custom-made perimeter shelving that makes the most of the space while the bathroom has a large corner bathtub placed under the window, the sanitary fixtures and the sink have all been positioned on the back wall. Alternatively, the sanitary fixtures could be positioned on the right wall, between the bathtub and the back wall while, on the left wall, a double basin sink could be installed.
