Scheme of implantation of a flight of steps with reinforced cuttings. The structure is reinforced by covering the external part of the excavation of the steps with a strip of tar paper for a width of about 25-30 cm. The longitudinal reinforcement guarantees greater resistance against superficial erosion phenomena, and better rooting of the plants, thanks also to greater water retention.
