Technical description
An independent pressing group that can be positioned at multiple points along the grape receiving and sorting line or directly on the loading door of the Kappa Direkt model pneumatic press.
It consists of two edible rubber crushing rollers. Each roller is molded in one piece to facilitate hygiene and cleaning operations. The distance between the rollers is adjustable to avoid crushing the seed and to ensure proper crushing of the berries.
The combined rotation and the possibility of adjustment allow maximum flexibility and quality of the product produced. The unit is supported by an AISI 304 stainless steel frame complete with feeding hopper.
