Design scheme of a building with 5 floors above ground and 1 underground parking floor. On the ground floor there is a single apartment with a patio while on the upper levels there are two apartments on each floor. The two separate bodies of the apartments are joined by a distribution gallery accompanied by green surfaces.
The two apartments on the standard floor are approximately 85 mXNUMX each and consist of a dining-living area, separate kitchen, sleeping area with bedroom with en-suite bathroom, second bedroom and bathroom.
The solution lends itself to being mirrored; a variant has been developed “Residential-building-03”.
