Technical Description
Horizontal pneumatic press with lateral membrane certified according to European Directive 97/23/CE (PED), with closed tank in AISI 304 stainless steel.
High drainage efficiency thanks to numerous mirror-polished channels arranged on the internal surface of the tank. Simplified cleaning operations thanks to a rapid assembly and disassembly system.
Large double door with manual opening/closing and mechanical safety catch.
Pressing membrane in plastic material suitable for food contact, fully inflatable even in the absence of product. Quick fixing system without holes on the membrane. Frame completely in AISI 304 stainless steel.
Electrical panel and casing completely in stainless steel, compliant with European Directives 2006/95/CE (LV) and 2004/108/CE (EMC).
Machine equipped with inflation compressor and blower for membrane retraction.
Side safety barriers and emergency mushroom for operator safety. The machine complies with European Directive 2006/42/CE (Machinery).
VELVET XZ 15 Automation
Traditional type operator terminal with integrated PLC, complete with control keys and control display. 6 pressing programs and the “rocking” function for the oscillation of the tank are stored in the PLC.
VELVET XZ 23 / 34 Automation
The “Touch-Screen” operator interface has simple and intuitive graphics for easy access to the programming pages. It allows the management and programming of all the machine work cycles, the monitoring of the processing in progress and the operating status of the press. 16 pressing programs and the “rocking” function for the oscillation of the tank are stored in the PLC.
