Floating floors

Il floating or raised or floating floor It is composed of modular elements (panels) resting without fixing on a support structure of a certain height with respect to the extrados of the floor, so as to obtain a cavity (technical compartment) under the walking surface to house services and systems. The raised floor allows all cables and pipes to be laid directly on the floor without any masonry work. In the event of faults or need to access the elements underneath the floor, simply use the special suction cup and lift the panels: without any invasive or destructive action, you have easy and immediate access to the subfloor.

Thanks to the raised floor it becomes possible to expand the spaces by providing them with new services in a very short time. Do you need to run a pipe in a room to add an air conditioner or do you need to bring electricity for a new added station? The panels are raised, the cables are laid or the pipes are passed and the whole thing is closed again.
