Weissenhof district Stuttgart 1927

DWG floor plan in 1:1000 scale

The Weissenhof district (in German Weißenhofsiedlung) is a district built in Stuttgart in 1927, on the occasion of the exhibition organized by the Deutscher Werkbund. It was a sort of international “showcase” to show the architectural and social innovations proposed by the Modern Movement.
The district included twenty-one buildings, for a total of sixty homes, designed by sixteen European architects, most of them German.

Mies van der Rohe had been in charge of managing the project as architectural director of the Werkbund and it was he who chose the architects, distributed the lots and funds, and supervised the entire project.

The preview image of the floor plan derives directly from our dwg drawing and exactly represents the content of the dwg file. To view the image in full screen, register and log in.

The drawing is well ordered in layers and optimized for printing at 1:100 scale. The .ctb file for the print thicknesses can be downloaded from here. The thickness setting is standard for all Archweb files for printing at 1:100 scale. Always check if the ctb is in line with your graphics needs.

All Archweb designs are of excellent graphic quality, designed by us with attention and professionalism, probably the best you can find on the internet. We remain available for any request for information.
